Well I found my favorite pizza in Italy so far Simple Margarita , great atmosphere and nice staff we came for late lunch and had a salad which was excellent and this pizza I mean the flavor was exceptional It must be a combination of the sauce and the cheese they use Quite delicious!

Stumbled onto Enoteca Percio  after a long day of shopping and sightseeing in Florence. Open only a week, this wonderful bistro/wine tasting room was exactly what I was looking for. Specialties include focaccia, crostini, salumi, charcuterie, pasta, and on yes, WINE!

We ordered the charcuterie board for one (€9.50) loaded with prosciutto, salami, cheeses, mortadella , artichokes, and sun dried tomatoes. Outstanding and enough to share. The caprese (€5) was amazing with bufala mozzarella, fresh tomato and basil. Focaccia, Olive oil and balsamico were brought complimentary.

I live in the Napa area and I can truly say The wine tasting was incredible. One of the best i can recall. I opted for the high end (gold) for €18. This consisted of 3 stellar regional Toscana wines. Chianti riserva, Montalcino, and Brunello di Montalcino v2012. Each one topping the one previous and none rated less than 90 points. Our waiter, Henry, was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable on all wines.   My wife also enjoys Aperol spritz and prosecco.

Atmosphere is combo salumeria/ enoteca adorned with prosciuttos and other cured meats & cheeses and vintage bottles throughout. Charming and cozy and filled with the common laughter and robust discussions of Italian locals. Wanted to stay all day.

Situated in a perfect location on Via dell'Oriuolo 26/r at the intersection of Borgo Pinti in Firenze. Brand new location, and as of this writing Yelp and TripAdvisor don't have it, so I'm submitting it.

I stumbled onto this place late at night and saw it was open. Due to the time, they only could serve pizza, which they advised even before I sat down. Knowing my options, I ordered the Fiorentina pizza which is a cheese pizza with egg, salami, and crushed black pepper. Never thought egg and pizza would go together but I have to say, it was delicious. Something about that runny yolk with stiff egg whites makes annoying taste yummy. After the pizza, two glasses of Chianti reserve and a bottle of water, the bill was €25. Very wallet friendly. The staff was very chill and the space with the wide open doorway made the place feel bigger. Fresh air from the outside also helped with making the dining area feel less cramped. For a quick pizza that is different from the usually pepperoni and cheese, this could be that late night indigence for food and wine.

Stopped in for a quick carry out to our Airbnb.   Owner was super nice and quickly handled our order. Great calzone and pizza.  Authentic and tasty!
